The Christian person is one who has been drawn into the victory of Jesus. Our victory centers on Christ’s sacrifice. It flows from His personal ministry in our lives by the Holy Spirit. One dimension of this victory is the victory over fear. In the cross of Christ, we see Jesus’ victory over death and as we identify with that cross, we are freed from the fear of death.
