June 27, 2004 – Boasters – Carter ConlonThe sin of boasting can lead a person into a place of thinking he can do no wrong and all of his ways become right in his own eyes. Boasting is not as it is the sin of the struggling Christian, those who struggle know their deep need of a Savior. Boasting is quite often the sin of the successful – the man or woman or church that walks with God and has known His blessings all of a sudden something happens , the humility they once possessed begins to just seep away from their heart and mind and another spirit takes over them.
