September 26, 2010 – Can a person be a sheep and still be lost? A lost sheep is someone who has professed Christ and became part of the Body of Christ but begins to stray away from the things of God and move away from the Body into dangerous territory. They also move away from the Shepherd (Jesus) and become prey to the wolf (Satan). God in His mercy will begin to search for these sheep and call them back by their names. Jesus said “My sheep hear my voice”. If you are a lost sheep the only way back is to follow the voice of God and He will direct you back into His loving embrace. Today the Shepard of your soul is calling you back home!
