May 20, 2012 – Jesus Christ came into this world to set free those that were oppressed by the devil, those who were held in prisons, those who had been bruised and wounded, those who were spiritually blind and could see no way out and those that were poor and had no weaponry; those with no resources and no power to fight. Jesus decided to come into this world, the Son of God, to fight for you and to fight for me. When He died, He said the words, “It is finished;” the dominion of the devil was over, the grinding spiritual poverty was over, and the imprisonment was over, the hopelessness was over because one more time somebody decided to fight! The moment we make the choice to get up, it is Christ who gives us strength!
