Goodness has a significant role to play in what God is calling His church to be and to do in this new year. God’s goodness, grace, mercy, and kindness are all expressions of His Glory and distinguishes Him from all other so-called gods. It is the measure of God’s goodness which is displayed in our lives that will determine to what extent God can use us for the work of His Kingdom. All of the Father’s Goodness is found in His Son Jesus Christ. As believers in Christ we have all the goodness we need to emulate and communicate the Glory of God to another generation. Today, we are exhorted to let the goodness of God permeate our being so we can shine for Jesus.
