Come and Eat

May 10, 2011 – When we go through times of trials that shake our foundation of hope we tend to want to go back to the familiar. The old ways of doing things will lead us into struggle and strain. That’s when Jesus steps on the scene and cries out to us to stop toiling, turn everything off and come sit with Him. If you find yourself toiling and striving to make things happen, hear the voice of Jesus saying come back and partake of true personal communion with Him. In this place of fellowship Jesus will do for you what you can’t do for yourself. Turn around and turn your eyes upon Jesus.
