He Chose a Manger - A Christmas Message

By Teresa Conlon

December 18, 2011

December 18, 2011 – Sometimes our faith feels like a manger cold and rough. Sometimes we feel very swaddled in our ability to walk with God in a way that pleases Him. This Christmas we are lovingly reminded that God chose a manger – a rough dark cold unesteemed place to come to us. Don’t give up believing because God chose to meet us in our humanity in a lonely cold forsaken place – our personal manger. In our manger experiences God breaks forth with a splendor, brilliance and a light that can break through any night.
