December 30, 2008 – This is a message to remind us that God is interested in families. There is a deep abiding sense that God is drawing us back into the prayer closet so we can lay down our human reasonings and lay hold of God in absolute faith. We will look at the lives of two families in the Bible both blessed by God. One father, Lot, allowed himself to be intermingled with the things of the world and brought his family to ruin. The other father is Noah, and because of his faith and consistent obedience to God’s commands his family was saved, protected and provided for in disastrous times. God wants to open up a way of faith to us through the power of the Holy Spirit and establish us in His incredible love.
