How to Kill a Mockingbird

By Teresa Conlon

September 12, 2010 – A mocking bird is capable of mimicking the sounds around them. Many times we can be like a mockingbird because we are living outside of a vital experience with Jesus. You don’t have to settle for anything less than the real thing. Jesus is ready to burst into your life and break every stronghold that would hinder you from the supernatural. Don’t settle for a knockoff Christianity when you can have the real deal. You kill the mockingbird by simply saying, “Jesus, I won’t settle for anything else but you!”
