God’s design and desire is to use human persons to effect and change the balance of the entire world. If we search the history of the church we will find that God used individuals to spark and change a community. When we set out to deliver the gospel message we must have the mind of the Lord and the timing of the Lord. When we wait on the Lord for His heart and timing He will enable us to deliver His message in mercy and tender love.
