There is an interval between the time God speaks His promises to us and the time He brings them to past. When we are in between the promises of God satan will come and attempt to convince us to go back to Egypt or persuade us to settle down in the wilderness to detour us from the Promised Land. When God speaks a word to His people He will back it up with all the power and grace we need to be what He is calling us to be. God uses a process of time and experience to bring us the the place of perfection and victory in Jesus Christ.
