September 03, 2006 – Responding to the Call of God – Noline RhodesIn every christian there are two natures. The old nature of the flesh which is qiuck to say I can do it in my own strength and wisdom. This evetually becomes lip service with the lack of power to back up his words. The other is the new nature that we recvieve when we come to Christ. This new nature is governed by the Holy Spirit and recognizes that we cannot do the will of God unless the Holy Spirit enables us. The Spirit man turns the battle of unbelief to faith and trusts God for the power to obey Him.
