As we look around and see cities and nations in the world that are hanging in the balance because of sin it should remind us of how important it is for believers to stand in the gap and pray. The Word of the Lord is still coming from God asking His Church, “Can I find someone to stand in the gap and pray?” We must seek out divine encounters with God every day. Every revelation of God is an invitation to be participants in what He is planning to do. When we stand in the gap we get to know God and in turn make Him known. With every encounter with God we must learn to be trustworthy, faithful and good stewards with what He has given us to do.
