The upright heart doesn’t just follow God in the good times, but it also seeks Him in the difficult times. We all have a measure of hypocrisy in our heart and it is easy to detect faults in others but not in ourselves, The upright heart acknowledges when the Holy Spirit is dealing with issues and trusts the Lord to deliver us from all that is not like Him. The upright heart has the ability to rejoice with others and gives honor to God’s people.
