The Lord Gives Grace to the Humble

June 13, 2010 – Our promises to God are worthless, especially when it comes to the kingdom of God or a change of character. We go God’s way; He does not come our way. He paid the price to break the power of sin in your life and break the penalty of sin. He paid the price, but the proud can never appropriate it. If you will walk humbly before God and before man, you will begin to get into the Word of God and in your heart you will say, “Lord, from this day forward, I am saying goodbye to pride, I am saying goodbye to what I used to be.”
