Rules and relationships are married to one another and sometimes we try to draw an invisible line between them that really shouldn’t be there, so it is vital to understand how they harmonize with one another through the scriptures. The rules of Christianity reflect who God is and they serve as an invitation to be like Him, free from darkness. We enter into relationship with God by grace through faith, and we thrive in relationship with Him through obedience.
